WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the target, and the target is stated.

A conformance claim you can hold us to, a contact that reaches a person, and a response window we commit to in writing.

Conformance status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and the exceptions are listed below rather than left implicit. The measurement is ongoing, not a one-time audit.

Known limitations

  • Wide benchmark and report tables scroll horizontally on small screens. Column headers stay associated, but the layout is dense by design.
  • Downloadable export artifacts are generated documents; tagging is verified per template rather than per file.

Report a barrier

Tell us what page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. We acknowledge within two business days and give a remediation date or a workaround within ten business days.

Assessment approach

Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA, re-run when the design system changes and quarterly otherwise. Color decisions are made in the token layer, so a contrast fix applies everywhere at once rather than page by page.
