Compensation

How we are paid

One revenue line, published, paid by the practice. If that ever stops being true, this page changes first.

Section 01

The single fee

A practice pays a flat quarterly subscription. That subscription covers data intake, computation, the report, and the quarterly re-read. It is stated on the pricing page and it is the same number regardless of what the analysis finds.

QuestionAnswer
Does the fee scale with your receivable balance? No
Does the fee change if your realization rate is low?No
Do we take a percentage of anything you collect? No
Do we take a fee on a transaction you enter later? No
Section 02

Third-party compensation

Whether any third party compensates us, and on what basis: THIRD-PARTY COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE PENDING.

We are not going to write a denial into this field before the arrangement is final. Read it as unresolved. When it is settled, the answer appears here and on the disclosure page on the same day, with a date.

Section 03

Why it is structured this way

A rate you can trust cannot be produced by someone whose pay depends on the number being low. Charging a fixed fee to the practice is the only structure where our incentive and your interest point in the same direction: get the arithmetic right, and be worth renewing in ninety days.

We do not buy receivables, broker them, or receive a commission on their sale. If we ever do, it will be disclosed before you subscribe, not after.
