A business associate agreement is executed first — before any file moves. This is enforced in the software, not promised in a sentence: the upload endpoints refuse requests from an account without a signed agreement on file.
Export your finished cases
Closed injury cases from roughly the last two years. One file, from the practice management system you already use. If the export is messy or the column names are strange, send it as-is.
We map and compute
We match your columns to the fields the analysis needs, group encounters into cases, and compute realization, duration, and by-firm performance from what actually happened in your book. No benchmarks are substituted for missing data.
You get the report — about a day
Six sections, every figure carrying its denominator, and a plain statement of anything the data could not support.

You can request deletion of your uploaded data at any time. The agreement sets out retention, access, and breach obligations in writing.
If a member of our team ever asks you to email patient information directly to them, that is a mistake and we want to know about it. Data moves through the system, under the agreement, or it does not move.
