What we do

We produce an analysis of receivables data that a practice supplies to us. We compute realization on closed cases, time to resolution, aging, concentration by referring firm, present value of continuing to hold, and counts of cases flagged for unresolved Medicare conditional liens.

An analysis is not an offer. Nothing we produce is a bid, a quote, a commitment to buy, an extension of credit, or a recommendation to enter any transaction. What you do with the numbers is your decision.

How we are paid

We are paid by the practice, by subscription. The price is published on our pricing page and does not vary with your realization rate, your receivable balance, or any transaction you may or may not enter into afterward.

Whether any third party compensates us, and on what basis: THIRD-PARTY COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE PENDING. Until that field is completed, read it as unresolved rather than as a denial. Our full statement is on how we are paid.

Data

Case data is protected health information. We execute a Business Associate Agreement before you upload anything, and we handle PHI under that agreement. Details are on our HIPAA page.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share identifiable data with any third party except with your explicit, per-transaction, written consent.
• Benchmark figures we publish are aggregated across practices and carry a stated denominator.

What we do not promise

• Our analysis relies on the figures you supply. If the underlying data is wrong or incomplete, the output will be wrong in the same direction.
• Past realization does not predict future case outcomes. A rate is a description of what has already closed.
• Nothing we produce is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult your own advisors before acting on any figure in a report.
• We do not guarantee that any receivable will be collected, at any amount, on any schedule.

Where we operate

We are available in 37 states and the District of Columbia. We are not currently available in: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon.
